These videos are in AVI file format. I have had reports that Windows Media Player doesn't like them. This doesn't surprise me, but I thought it was supported by WMP.

If you have trouble, try downloading the Quicktime player from Apple. It's at Apple's Quicktime site.

I would personally install the standalone install version.
